So tropical storm Erica is heading our way, and if she gets bad tempered could turn into a hurricane by the weekend! Sunrise over the Gulf Later in the afternoon it was time for the stroller again, and a 19mph drive to the Bubble Room for tea.

Yesterday was l-a-z-y personified. Puttering around the house we helped sort out some essential maintenance. Then we got the good news that we will be boating to Captiva Island come morning, for 2 days. Here we go! While waiting Waldo decided a quick cycle would be good. Today has been declared a day of rest for the weary travellers! So to celebrate Waldo started off by taking a lazy bike ride on the island. Back home for breakfast!
So it is 4:22 in my part of the world and about ready to start hitching etc… for the ±500mile stretch south to Marco Island. This trip has mixed feelings since we all love Marco, however, it does sort of spell then end of an adventure. For our farewell road supper we headed south to Sea Pines before tucking into bed, ready for the 5am departure tomorrow!
