We have now travelled approximately 850 miles since we started and now find ourselves in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Leaving Period Key in the morning we travelled through 4 states, from Florida, through Alabama and Mississippi to Louisiana. Along the way we stopped for a short while to do a short tour of the warship USS Alabama. What a great experience!
